As the owner of this company I can say that our first priority is and always will be a genuine commitment to our employees. They come first. I do everything I can to make sure the people we have are taken care of. We work hard to accommodate the financial needs, scheduling needs and internal growth of our people. The beating heart of Vivid is directly influenced by the people within it.

Our second priority rests with our clients. It’s not always easy to find a company that will be able to answer the call for assistance and perform with quality at the forefront of our operational goals. We are committed to making quality a reality once you have decided to work with us. We strive to go above and beyond for our clients. Typically we can accommodate unique projects, circumstances, budgets, you name it. Our goal is to go the extra mile for our clients. After all, our clients are what allow the beating heart of Vivid to continue operating.

And thirdly our last but still crucial priority is our profitability. I started Vivid hoping to make supplemental income. I even told myself that I would never hire employees out of fear I could not support their financial needs. As Vivid developed it quickly became something much bigger than a side business. I found that I greatly needed the employees I have today and I found a true respect for the loyal clients that continued to come our way. Money all of the sudden became the last thing I was focused on. I focus on the two priorities listed above: employees and clients. My personal belief is that if you take care of those two things profitability will naturally follow.
